I first developed these skills as a music teacher of elementary school children. I was highly successful at recognizing and revealing their unique abilities. 

I continued to sharpen my leadership skills in my own business, The Music Room, by creating relationships with thousands of people. I’m grateful to the staff members, employees, customers and colleagues alike who provided me with repeated opportunities over 26 years to further hone my abilities as a leader. 

I am now utilizing my abilities by developing leaders in business and contributing to their success.
